AIWise Cleaner Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of AIWise Cleaner, an application provided by NextStep AI Labs. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

1. Scope of service

AIWise Cleaner is a mobile photo cleanup application intended to help users identify duplicate or similar images, review groups of photos, and remove unwanted images from their device gallery. The app is designed to provide a user-controlled cleanup experience for personal photo libraries on iOS and Android devices.

2. User responsibilities

You agree that you are responsible for:

• Using the app in accordance with applicable laws and the rights of third parties.
• Reviewing all suggested matches before deleting any image from your device.
• Ensuring that you have the legal right to manage, review, and remove the photos stored on your device.
• Using the app only for lawful personal library management and not for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

3. No automatic deletion

AIWise Cleaner does not delete photos automatically. The app presents suggested matches and requires the user to review and confirm any deletion action. The user remains responsible for any final decision to remove images from the device.

4. Privacy and local processing

AIWise Cleaner is designed to process photo-related activity locally on the user’s device and does not rely on remote server processing as part of the core cleanup workflow. Your privacy matters to us, and we encourage you to review our privacy policy for a full description of data handling and user controls.

5. Intellectual property

All software, source code, app interfaces, design assets, documentation, product materials, and related content associated with AIWise Cleaner are proprietary to NextStep AI Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, repurpose, sublicense, or otherwise disclose any part of the application, codebase, design, documentation, or proprietary materials without prior written authorization from NextStep AI Labs.

6. App availability and updates

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the application after a change to these terms or the app itself constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. No warranty

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for all user needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextStep AI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the app, including loss of photos, data loss, storage loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NextStep AI Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the app, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in conduct that harms the app, the company, or other users.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NextStep AI Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after modifications become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated in a visible manner where reasonably practicable.
